Raidiance
Everyone helped and brought the monster back to the cave.
"Kimmi, whip us up a nice meal today alright?" Anatsure patted Kimmi on her back, "show us your amazing skills."
"Well, I wouldn't call my skills 'amazing'." Kimmi laughed.
"Enough about cooking the monster, we don't even have firewood yet." Shin crossed his arms.
"That's alright, leave it to me I'll go find some firewood." V stood up.
"Ah, V, I'll go with you." I wiped my tears, "I can always bundle up fire wood using my chains."
"My sword skills will help you as well." Anatsure said calmly as she picked up her swords, "I'll get my antelope to come too. He'll help in some way."
"Alright, thanks guys." V smiled, "We'll be heading out now."
"Be careful you guys. Who knows what is out there." Kimmi warned us, "in the mean time, I'll cut up the monster."
"Have fun." Kuro sounded like he was daydreaming.

We walked deep into the forest.
"All the trees were soaked from the storm." V touched one of the rain soaked trees.
"We'll end up with smoke instead of a good fire if we use these." Anatsure looked around as she walked, "seems like the storm covered a big area."
"W-wait up." I was tired and falling behind.
"If you're tired then you can stay here for a bit while we gather up the firewood, Aina." Anatsure stopped and looked back at me.
"I'm really sorry.." I looked down and tried to avoid their eyes.
"It's alright. If something happens, just yell. We'll come as soon as possible." V's voice was gentle. I didn't look up at her but I was sure she was smiling at me.

V and Anatsure:

"V! Come here! I found some dry wood." Anatsure shouted out to V. She took out her sword and started cutting wood up and strapped it onto her antelope's back, "Sorry, this is a bit heavy, but please bare with it for now." V soon came running towards Anatsure.
"Wow, we finally found dry wood!" V gently touched the tree's bark, "This isnt the best it could be, but it will be enough.
V and Anatsure walked back to Aina with tons of firewood.
"That should be enough until the trees closer to the cave dries up." Anatsure smiled at their accomplishment.

Aina:

I sat down, playing with my chains.
"I really should have gone with them." I thought, "I'm just dragging them down..."
Soon, tears were rolling down my cheeks again.
"I'm... I'm such a crybaby.. I can't do anything right." I said to myself, "everyone's always comforting me, yet I can't do anything for them."
Suddenly I heard voices. It wasn't V's or Anatsure's. It was an old man's voice and a young boy's voice. I immediately became alerted. Cautiously, I picked up my chains trying not to make noises. I walked towards the voices until I was confident how far away they were from me. I concentrated on my chains and threw them out. My chains swiftly wrapped around a few trees silently and created a trap.
My heart was beating fast. I know my skills won't be enough, but this is all I can do for now.
As soon as I heard my chains being stepped on, I immediately pulled on the chains as hard as I could. I heard a boy's voice.

"What is this?!?!" The boy shouted, "Aghh! Let go of me." He was struggling. I wrapped my end of the chains around a tree tightly and walked towards them.
A young boy and an old man appeared in front of me hanging upside-down.
"Wh-who are you." I tried to sound as fierce as I could.
"We're innocent. We don't mean harm." The boy struggled more, but managed to turn around, "Hey, you're just a little girl."
"I'm not a little girl!" I was shouting and I was sure that V and Anatsure heard me as they ran towards me.

"Aina, are you alright?" V came running up to me.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Sorry for making you worry." I forced a smile.
"Well look what you got there." Anatsure caught up a bit after with her antelope, "More food?"
As soon as V saw the boy and the old man's face, she gasped, "Aren't you two passengers on the plane? I think I saw you two when I was walking by. Aina, they aren't bad people, release them."
I trusted V and released the old man and the boy. The boy was fine but the old man wasn't doing too well. After a while of resting, we learned their names: Kusa, the boy and Lox, the old man. I took some of the firewood that Anatsure and V found and brought Kusa and Lox back to the cave.

Scintillate/allure
Thump, thump thump. I hear noise from the cave entrance. Thump, thump, thump. I hear it again. It's getting louder, too. So loud that I finally figure out what it was. "Footsteps," I whisper. I quickly take my pistols out. Giving a glance at Kurotatsu and Kimmi to alarm them, but they already had their weapons out. So they have some intelligence. I smirk. I took a deep breath and then exhaled. It might be Saiyaka. "Stay alarmed." I tell the two. "We know." Kurotatsu replies. I turn back to the cave entrance and see 5 shadows walking towards us. Wait, 5? It can't possibly be the girls. Although, I do see 3 feminine shadows. One of them was a male, but the 5th shadow was rather...different. "Get ready!" Kimmi shouts. Then they appear. I shoot the first person that came out, a female. Thinking it was that person, I was way off. It was V. Damn, damn. I screwed up. Damn! "You almost shot me!" Anatsure yelled, "What in the world was that for?" I lay on the ground, sighing in relief. Thank god it wasn't V. Oh no...did I just?! Why did I even think of that?! That girl is useless! You don't even like her Shin! Besides, Anatsure is younger than her. I shake my head in disbelief that I even thought of that. Ugh, whatever. It's not like they heard anyway. Never mind that, Shin. You just missed that shot. Be glad! It would have been troublesome to cure the wound if it did hit Anatsure. Especially since I don't know how to tend to wounds. This also isn't good though, Shin. You missed that shot. Your aiming is not accurate enough. Damn, that's right. I need to practice more. I can't kill her like this. Enough with this talking to yourself Shin. You still have questions to ask about the male and that...old looking man...behind Ania. "Who are they?" I immediately question the 3. "They're part of the plane crash." V says. "Hello, my name is Kusanagi. I'd prefer it if you'd call me Kusa though." the boy says. "No." I reply to Kusanagi. I hate nicknames, they're annoying. I don't even know this kid. "Uh..Aniways..well I em Lox. Nice to mee cha' youngstas." the old man says. "And how old are you?" I ask Lox. "Sevantea." he responds. Great, a "Sevantea" year old man is part of the group. What the hell can he do? Play Whac-a-Mole?

Vriska
It was getting late. Everyone was sitting down chatting as Kimmi cooked them dinner. Kusa & Lox introduced themselves and everyone seemed to be enjoying the time. Heck, even Kuro had a smile on his face. V couldn't get what happened between her and Shin earlier out of her head. She thought to herself "Why did he grip me up so tight? I was just trying to tell him..." She glanced over to Shin, but quickly averted her eyes back at Kimmi and the fire when Shin looked back. "Don't wait up guys, I'm going to go for a walk, I'm not really that hungry anyway" said V. Kimmi seeming to be the only one who noticed and cared replied. "Okay, but are you sure that you don't want anything to eat, I'm almost finished." V didn't respond as she headed outside the cave with Thorne following along. Not realizing how long she had been walking it became dark, it was close to midnight and V couldn't see very much. "Thorne could you lead the way, please?" V begged. Thorne went in front breathing fire, giving light and heat, as well as leading the way back to the cave. *thump* "What was that?" V thought to herself. She quickly shrugged it off and depicted it as nothing to worry or fret about. *thump thump* "There it was again" she thought. "What could it possibly be." Approaching the stream right past where they met Kusa and Lox there it stood. Quickly V scream. "Help! Get it Thorne!" V cried as she began to pull her staff off her back. "Isn't that thing suppose to be in the water and why is it so big!" she thought to herself. The cave wasn't too far from where V screeched for help and they all heard it quickly headed out to look for V. "It's, it's an Octopus!" Kimmi said as she startled up behind V. V jumped, but quickly exhaled and was quite relieved to see that everyone was here. "Now that would make for a great lunch" Kimmi praised. "By the time we get it back to the cave I can cook it up and we can have something to digest for tomorrow." she went on. "I'm not going to be fighting mutated animals every day, you guys are on your own." Shin said as he began heading back to the cave. He was more focus on interpreting would V was trying to tell him the other day. Of course he could just ask her, but his pride was in the way. That and he had already hurt her feelings. The others shrugged as Shin walked away and began the attack. V was ready to chime in this time until the Octopus emulated electricity around it's body. "I've heard of electric eels, but not an electric octopus. What's wrong with this place!" Anatsure said. "It is corrupt and mutated and I plan to find out just what is causing it all" said Kuro.

Sirioth
Electric octopuses. Giant monsters. And they plan to eat them. These guys. Have they never learned how to survive in a damn forest? Eating something that you don't even know if it's poisonous or not. That's the most basic thing ever— don't eat stuff YOU DON'T KNOW. I had enough of this nonsense already. I'm going to solve this damned mystery and get out of this hellhole.

"I'm just gonna take a breather," I tried to say loudly enough for them to hear, at the same time hiding all of my emotions and my true intentions from them.

I bet they didn't hear. They weren't bothered to acknowledge such a useless person like me anyway. Guess I'm just a hindrance to them. I climbed a tree and thought of nothing. Only reflecting on what I should have done in the past.

"It's useless. The past has already been done. Whether or not you did it right or wrong, it doesn't matter. You still have to bear the burden for everything," I silently thought to myself.

I was trying to get in the good books of everybody, but all I did was make it worse. I made everything worse. That's what I'm always doing. Making everything worse, and hiding what I really feel. Why am I even living...

A red fruit caught my eye. It was an apple. Huh. They haven't corrupted yet? I bet they're still poisonous. I ate them anyway in an act of suicide. I didn't want to live. It was bad enough I wasn't accepted in the society where I live. Now I'm not even accepted here. But that's just hypocritical of me. I'm just a cowardly little dog constantly barking. In order to protect my silly little thing called pride, I only looked at my own justice and prejudices. I just assumed everyone around me was bad—and up to this day I still continue barking. I understand my condition and I'm irritated by it, but up until now I still depended on it. It would only grab hold of my consciousness. I merely sighed at my plight and wolfed the apple down.

Surprisingly, it wasn't as I thought. It tasted the same like a normal apple. Why? Everything else was corrupted here. Why was this apple tree the only thing that wasn't? Here came another good question— should I tell them about the tree or not? A part of me was telling me to let the others know and another part of me told me to ignore them because they don't deserve to exist. I was going insane. I decided to do nothing— I would only make the situation worse than it already is.

Radiance
We brought back the octopus planning to eat it. However, Kuro didn't seem to like the idea.
"Will Kuro be alright?" V was worried.
"Worry about yourself. He'll survive." Shin took a bite of his cooked octopus.
I stared at my food for a while, pictures of the ugly monster came back to my mind, but that wasn't as important as my hungry stomach. I finished everything Kimmi gave me.

After the meal, my eyelids were getting heavy.
"I'm.. tired, I'll go to sleep first." I yawned.
"Good night." Kimmi gave me a jacket to keep warm and patted me on the head.
"What a baby, sleeping so soon." Shin's comment did not hurt me... At least I wasn't focused on the comment. I soon fell asleep.

"Aina..." a soft voice broke my sweet dreams, "Aina... Be careful..."
"Who are you?" I tried to walk towards the voice but my body won't move, "Where am I? What is going on?!" I was scared, but I wasn't trembling... I wasn't even moving. I couldn't feel my hands nor my legs.
"Aina... Your past-" The voice suddenly stopped but continued on, "He is dangerous-" The voice was cut yet again.
"My past? Who are you?! Please tell me about my past. Who is dangerous?" I struggled to break free of this weird constant pressure on me.
"If you are not careful, he will take over." The voice warned me, "it seems that I cannot stay here for long. Come find me.. I am Aira."
"Aira? Wait wait! What about my past??" Suddenly I woke up covered in cold sweat. What was that.. I thought to myself. I think I need to go for a little walk.
I tiptoed pass everyone's sleeping bodies hoping not to make any noise and wake someone up. The sun was rising. I stretched and yawned. That was quite a dream...
"Aira..." I said to myself.
"Seems like you're up pretty early." Shin walked out behind the trees.
"Ah.. Yeah. I guess I just had a weird dream." I forced a smile. I was never too close with Shin, I don't know how to talk to him properly...
"Aira, is she bothering you somehow? You seem to call her name pretty often, even in your sleep." Shin asked while looking at me with a serious face.
"Oh no it's nothing." I tried to hide it from Shin, but his blue eyes saw right through me, so I told him the truth. "Well... In my dream, this Aira girl told me that she knows my past and she told me to find her."
"Your past, huh?..." Shin looked up to the sky for a bit and turned his head towards the cave, "Looks like people are waking up." Shin walked towards the cave leaving me behind. What was this? Why was Shin so gentle when he talked to me about my past? I couldn't understand...

Sirioth
I didn't even get to sleep a wink. All these conflicting emotions drove me insane. Hopefully I can finally get rid of those feelings. Protecting everyone— wasn't that what I wanted?

"It doesn't matter if they dislike you or not. They're still human, you need to protect them. That's the vow you made," a part of my consciousness says.

"Consider... is that truly just? Sacrificing your life to protect the people who don't even care about your efforts!? Who will only punish you for doing something that's right!?" another part of my consciousness says, "Why are you even on this island with a bunch of egoistic, and weak idiots?"

Fate, I replied silently. We were bonded together by fate. We can all be saved. I can protect them. They have lives, and it's my duty to guard them with my life. There was still hope— the apple tree was proof of it. A small, glimmering hope but it's more than enough. If there's a time to be positive, it's definitely now. The morning sun proved that there will always be brighter days.

"Set aside our differences and the past, they don't matter. They can't be changed. Right now we should be more concerned about things we can change, and that's the future, and our fate."

With a new resolution set in mind, I smiled to myself and returned to the cave where most of them were still sleeping. But then I realized, even the sun sets. I shook off that thought immediately. I'll get ourselves out of this hellhole before that happens.

Aight then, i guess I'll hav my moment in this story, just writing how my char is in this story and how he meet the others >:3

Just Sitting in a plane, Listening to my music, then suddenly, when came to my senses, I realised that the plane is crashing, How?, People Yelling and screaming, the plane rumbling, that feeling of when ur going downward and then i saw people jumping off, "now that's new, cuz I Heard that when a plane is crashing, u do not jump off it", I though with a calm and straight face. Then i though to myself, "Mayb.....I should do it too" With My extreme grin, then i picked up my bag with my sword hooked to it and Ran for the exit, Just to find out that the plane is over land butttt I didnt know and i jumped, just to land firmly on my feet, then i walked to som place but keeped my guard up since anything could pop out buttt i was ready for it. So, Hours of walking, I finally stopped, "Man this place Sure is weird from wat I'm seeing", I said, Curious bout this place, Then I continued my walking but this time during that walking, Som type of Fantasy Tiger I saw cam at me, I was So lucky to sense him and moved how quickly he attacked me. "Hmmmmm....Now that's a weird fantasy tiger", i thought to myself, how it looked mutant-like, So I pull out my Ancient Slayer, going ready for battle, then me and the tiger did the......Stair-Off, Then the tiger Launched at me with a pounce attack but i quickly dodge it and Counter but missed, "Man this Tiger's fast......well that's wat i get for doubting fantasy tigers", I sweatdropped, Me and the tiger countered and dodge each other attacks lik no other then he scarred me on my left cheek, Then after all that, The tiger, For som reason, Started to run to another area, "Wait, WHERE U GOING?!, THE FIGHT JUST GETTING STARTED!", I Yelled at the as he ran and i chased after him, i Ran after him lik a wild goose Chase and one lik no other, I know that tiger was fast but trust me, I was faster, Then Own Chase Came to a Stop when he stopped in front of a cave with people in out of it, The tiger looked at the people lik he wanted to kill them cuz he ~mayb~ could, When i saw the tiger came to a stop, I launched out of a tree and said, "NOW I GOT YA!", I Yell in the air then throw my sword at him and jammed in his head, then i land over that beast, "Man, u really put up a fight, king Lanly but I still came out Victorious", i said and then i laughed lik Black*star, then only to come face to face with other people but i remembered that a few of them jumped off the plane,".......Sooooo, Wat's Up", i said, pulling my sword off the beast, feeling awkward

Kimmi woke up to the sound of footsteps. She looked around to see others waking up as well. Then she notices Shin and Aina just walking into the cave. "Where did you two go off too?" Kimmi asked with suspicion. "Um...you know just for a walk." Aina answered back.
"Riiiight a "walk"." Anatsure playfully said. Kimmi and Anatsure laughed while Aina blushed and Shin looked away. Lox who just woke up, remembered the fishcat from earlier. "Hey I got some breakfesty in mah undiewear! Anyone want to cooks it up and eats it?!" With that he pulled out the fishcat out of his pants. It reeked like day old sushi from a run down gas station. Everybody but Kuro, who wasn't paying attention, looked disgusted. "Gross tell me we're not eating that." Kusanagi said.
V: "Ew is that supposed to be a cat breeded with a fish?"
Lox: "No it's a fishcat, once a catfish now a fishcat. Get it right!"
Lox bamped poor V with his cane on her head. "I'd rather starve to death then eat something that came from an old man's pants." Shin said. Kimmi, who looked a little sick to the stomach walked over to the fireplace and relit it. "Hey there's some octopus left over from last night." She announced. Everybody except Lox and Kuro went over to get some leftover octopus to eat. Kuro, who was looking outside, notice someone carrying a big broad sword outside walking towards the cave. "Um guys, I think we have company."

Radiance

Everyone ran out to see who it was except for me and Kimmi.
Kimmi looked at me and asked, "What's bothering you? Shin?"
Her words suddenly woke me up from my daydreaming, I shook my head, "N-no it's not him."
Kimmi doesn't look convinced, "Okay, well, if you want to let it out, I'm always here." She smiled.
The others came back with a boy carrying a huge sword that was covered in blood. I turned my eyes away from the blood and backed off a little bit.
"His name is Dan, Dan Legend." Kusa introduced him to us.
V glanced over at me and saw my reactions, "Dan, put the sword away. Or at least wipe it. It's scaring Aina."
Dan setted his sword down far away from me and wiped it clean. Then he strapped it onto his back.
"Well then, let's all have some octopus." Anatsure sat down beside the fire. Soon everyone sat down around the fire. Everyone was having a nice chat and enjoying their octopus, except Kuro. He was staring at the fire, but his mind was somewhere else. My mind began to go off on its own too. Everything starting from the plane crash til now, every event went through my mind.
"Aira..." I stared at my octopus, "Who is she?" I thought.
Suddenly out of no where, Lox reached into his underwear and pulled out the fishcat again. He threw it into the fire and laughed.
"No! Lox don't!." Kimmi tried to stop him, but it was too late. Soon the whole cave was filled with the fishcat's nauseating stench. We all ran out of the cave, holding our noses.
"What the hell was that you old man?" Shin fanned the air in front of his face.
Lox laughed and soon turned into a cough, he caught his breath and swung his cane against Shin's back, "That was fun! Wasn't it?"
"No, you almost suffocated us!" Anatsure took a deep breath of the fresh air.
Lox laughed again, "You little kids need to experience all the fun moments."
I could feel everyone's urge to hit the old man with his cane, except Kuro.

BLKusanagi

...That old man has always been troublesome. Even from when he "adopted" me in the city.

One day i was looking through the trash, hopeing to find something of use. "HEY DEER LITLE BOEYYYYY" " i wasnt stealing! its alrdy in the trash! no one owns it anymore." i replied defensively. "Oh dont worry about that, but why is u in the alleys?? dis is ur time to be in school and learn stuffs" "im an orphan, the state home kicked me out a long time ago because they needed space." the old man pondered. "Well, why dont u follow meh! il teach ya all kinds a stuff on how to survive and thrive on da streets!" the old mad seemed.. weird.. but what were my options. "Sure il join u" i replyed. the old man smiled, it must have been a long time since he had a friend.

The days after that were easier, turns out he did actually know how to live on the streets. Everything went fine, until one day it got dangerous. That day was very important me, even now. "Now that u is old enuff, i think dat we can start teaching ya how to steal" "Isnt stealing wrong?" i was 12 then. "Boy, when ya live on da streets, stealing is very important. Now u see that man over there? with the suitcase dat looks all fancy like? STEAL IT! probably tons a stuff in der thats useful" "oh alright, seems easy enough" looking back, i wish i couldve just said no..

I walked casually behind him. He was talking on the phone about some science stuff, chemicals or whatever. "This could change the world in our favor" the random guy said on the phone. whatever, all i need is that suitcase, i thought. Right when i was gonna snatch his suitcase, he turned into the alley and threw something away. ".. Test failed with this one, might as well throw it out" i hid behind a garbage can. any second he'll turn the corner and i can snatch his suitcase..

"Hey! give my suitcase back! its of great importance to me, and if u know any better, u too." he scolded me. i ran, this was too easy!! then it got dangerous. The guy was talking on the phone again "My package got stolen, ye, uh huh, alright send them in" Send them in?? who?? , i thought. just as i turned the corner, more men dressed in black suits appeared. When they saw me they pointed guns at me. "CRAPP!!!" i ran into the alley, theres a secret tunnel system there that only us "street rats" know about, if i can get there, im safe. But it wasnt so easy.

"Argh GET OFF ME, IL CALL THE COPS" i hollered. "heh thats funny, never knew anyone cared about street rats. now give me the suitcase" "NO" i yelled. i kicked him in the shin and ran. this is getting bad.. , i thought. "Ovah here little boeyyy!" !! was that Lox?? thank god. "Hurreh and slip down here" he motioned towards a trap door disguised as a rusted garbage can lid, then he slipped down himself. "So close.. gotta make it, but hes too fast, he'll see me go down. alright i have a plan" i stopped running. "Fiinally, uve given up havent u? now give me the suitcase" he snickered. "Fine, have it back" i threw it at his face, whatever was in there didnt matter at this point. While he was distracted i slipped in the door. "Finaleh, i was a wonderin what was happenen to ya, im glad ur safee" Lox said happily.

He really made stuff exciting for us. Anyway, later me and Lox checked back on what that mysterious man threw away. Im glad we did, cause those magic gloves i found changed my life forever.

Yuri
That night, the night that the plane crashed, the sky was unbelievably dark and starless. The moon, the only source of light painted the whole place in an ethereal light. It was almost magic. People have been scattered all around the island. The ones lucky enough to bathe into the moon’s light were the survivors.

He was retreating in the heart of the island when he noticed something colorful floating into the ocean water. From afar, he could distinguish the body of a human female. Oh, so it was only a mere human. He pondered if he should drag the body to the shore or simply leave it where it stood. It was probably dead anyway.

He was met with the strange, cold feeling of the ocean water that numbs your whole body, especially when the night comes, the moment he stepped into the waves. He decided that it would have been cruel even for him to leave that person he’ll never meet in the freezing hands of its fate. When he took hold of ‘it’ in his hands, it began stirring and soon after a pair of unnaturally pink eyes opened to meet his own gaze. His breath caught up and he almost dropped the body back in the water if the female in his hands didn’t suddenly gripped on his shoulders like there was no tomorrow.

"There are few of us that survive long enough to truly live. Thank God you did."
And then she fell back into unconsciousness.

Opening her eyes, she realized she must have been unconscious for a while now and probably brought to the shore by the waves. It was morning already. She vaguely recalled a plane crash, jumping off the plane and water, lots, lots of water... Oh, a plane crash. Cool.

Embarking that plane was certainly a mistake. She could have wanted a trip to the next city. She could have wished for a freaking date in a theme park. God, she could have chosen a simple trip to Paris. But no. She had to freaking get in a random plane of death. She wasn’t even sure where she would have gotten if it didn’t crashed. Could have been the freaking North Pole. She could have cared less. But crashing? Oh, sweet. That was her luck. More like the lack of it.

Actually, that sounds inconsiderate. She survived it, right? She’s alive and aside from the pain in her every bone, she seems fine. Embarking this plane is not one of her first mistakes and certainly it won’t be the last. Besides, she’s seen worse. And wasn’t she the one complaining days ago about the lack of thrill in her life? Wasn’t she getting suicidal the past months driving motorcycles, bungee jumping and even night walking in the darkest alleys of the city? Oh yeah, she had plenty of luck. The question is when will it end.

She stood up when her stomach started grumbling. There had to be other survivors on this island… right?

I (Lox) have much knowlege of survival skills, One of the most important is to not be grossed out by food. Food is food. If you eat it you live, if you dont, you die. "Guys, lets try to have some fun!" I pulled out an old mp3 player and unplugged the headphones, then put the volume on max. Everyone had a hard sigh. "Oh guys, don't you want to truely live? Life is short, live it well" I put on one of my favorite songs, (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFGvmrJ5rjM Put on as you read the next part) Slowly I stood up and started to sway my hips in a sideways motion. I sense everyone is thinking about their family and where they could be if they never got on the plane. Kimmi walked away angry into the woods. I nudged V with my foot, then she rolled her eyes. Everyone started to get teary eyed, so I poet,
"Life is Short.
When lost,
Don't be lost,
In your mind,
You're still... you.
Outside, Gritting Teeth,
Cold, dirty,
Irritated, Mad,
No matter what.
You will survive."
Shin and Aiya stood up and danced, everyone tried to smile and a tear rolled down Yuri's face. Kimmi came back and laid down, turned with her face on the floor and cried. Dan stood up and took Yuri by the hand, Yuri tried to get Dan away but then she finally gave up, they started to dance. Kimmi was still sobbing, crying harder than anyone so far. "I WANNA GO HOME!" She yells still crying. I pat her on the back " It's okay, we will get home some day." She looked up with mud on her face, I brush it off. She tries to smile then stands up. Then I start to sway my hips some more. Kimmi starts dancing alone, laughing. Everyone is dirty, but that doesnt matter, everyone is angry, that doesnt matter. We still have fun. I look over at Yuri and Dan, they are spinning around and laughing, having more fun than anyone right now. Everyone was being friendly, guess they took my words of advice, live life well. Soon everyone was dancing till the remainder of the song. At the end everyone laid down to relax. We all stared at the sky. "Thank you Lox" I heard someone say, I don't know who. I heard someone crying but no one wanted to look, they didn't want to embarass whoever it was. We all fell asleep and I had a dream of me being a pedo bear.

"OW!" I woke up startled, I see everyone surrounding Yuri. "What happened?" I ask. "She got bit by a Mutated Bird!" Someone yelled. I look at the ground behind V to see a dead black crow with oversized teeth. "Why did Yuri say ow?" I ask. "I wrapped a leaf around the bite, It looks bad." I look at Yuris cheek and its swolen to the point where it hangs over her jaw. "I read in the newspaper that when treating a Mutated Birds Bite, always squeeze out the insides of the cheek." I say. I push V out of the way and take off the Leaf. "Everyone look away, this might get ugly." I squeeze the swolen cheek and yellow/greenish goo came out. Yuri didn't do anything, she was probably in shock. "Okay her cheek isn't swolen anymore, now you may put a leaf on the bite, make sure it's not Poison Ivy, we don't wanna know what mutated poison ivy does." Shin sees the goo on the ground and starts to gag. "Look!" I see V pointing at the sky behind me and there is a flock of black crows, mutated. "RUN!" I yell.
Sirioth
Everyone was running from the giant flock of birds. I haven't had this feel for a long time. What was it that drove them?

Everyone seemed so happy. Weren't they aware of their fate? Was this place once a happy place, then? The atmosphere was confused itself. Was it a paradise before this "cataclysm"? Maybe I should ask old man Lox. But if it was...

"Even the sun sets in a paradise, y'know? There's no point to anything," the memories of foolish me telling somebody why I was never really bothered about anything in life.

A stark reminder. Of the fate that befell us. But the feeling of hopelessness merely inspired me more. I don't know what drove them to keep on going, but I knew they wouldn't just give up yet. We were going to defy fate ourselves. We were going to see the new dawn waiting for us. Perhaps I could just, just snugly fit here after all.

Oops. I forgot to pay attention. I nearly ran into a tree. Daydreaming even when in danger! My god! Kuro!

The ravens were still chasing after us. If we don't stop them now we'll be in great trouble because we can ever run so far. I was worried for those who were behind me. Wait... we? No, don't think about that now! Concentrate! Quick, THINK OF SOMETHING, KURO!

"Ravens... what are they afraid of?"

The birds were only bigger and more uglier than usual. Since almost everything in this island is corrupted, then—

The answer came to me joyfully. Owls! They were afraid of owls! They were their natural predator. It would be obvious the birds would go away if they had their natural predator around. But where would I find one? Luckily, I caught one in the corner of my eye, peacefully sleeping. It looked like some eagle owl. Maybe even a great horned one. I can't tell between them anyway. But lucky me. They were one of the most brutal birds ever. I dashed right up to the tree and with all my might, kicked the tree and woke the owl up. The giant mutated owl squawked and screeched and it did what I expected— fly away.

I heaved a sigh of relief upon learning that they flew away. I thanked my quick wits for saving our lives. I was glad nobody was hurt. We were saved. Sort of.

"Man, this group is just.....weird, especially Shin ~The one who told me to put away r wipe my sword~, Making me clean my sword, MY SWORD!, I hate cleaning my sword", I said angry-lik, Then i notice somthin, "........I got lost....", "Man thats wat i get for walking without thinking bout where ur going which i do very rarely", I sweatdropped.

Then I heard screaming from a distance, So Ran to where that screaming Came from then i saw Kuro, V, Shin, Aina and Somehow Lox, Being face to face with a huge beast, kinda look lik a giant monkey. Then the launched at them but I Ran and Rammed into it, Sending it sideways, "Dan! Where the hell u came from?" V yelled at me, "First of all, DONT TELL ME TO CLEAN MY SWORD! and secord, wat r u guys doing here" I said

"We were just taking troll then this thing attacked us" Kuro said, "Uhhhhhh, it actually didnt attacked us, it just pop out of nowhere and stared at us", Aina said, Then i was thinking,"Mayb.......It attacked ya cuz SOMEONE screamed, I yelled at them then they looked at Aina,"Wat, i couldnt control it!" She Whined with a whining face,"well, that figures" I sweatdropped, then that monkey snapped out of it then launch itself at me this time

"Quick, get back!," I yelled, reaching for my sword, just to figure out that my sword is gone" Wat The!, WHERE MY SWORD?!" I said, "Uhhhhh hahah ~chuckles nervously~ funny story bout that, Me and Kimmi was doing somthing with ur sword n we kinda forgot to put it back" Lox sweatdropped

"......." With a very irritated face then i started to ran off to another area and told the others to go back to the cave cuz more could b out there and they dont have their weapons with them, Yes, unprotected, So i ran and Ran andran as fast as i can to lose that monkey and i did.....butttt and i only got myself into more problems when i was surrounded by 10 tree fulled of them, then the one hat was chasing me was their leader and at their leader's order, the Pack attacked me, "HOLY!!!", and u dont want to know wat happen next buttt dan was lucky to get away alive and he's really messed up

I Came to the Cave Limping with bruises everywhere on my body, then the group saw me coming and looked shocked, "Dang, Dude wat happen'd" Anatsure said, looking shocked lik the others, "U....dont.....wanna know" I said, "Dude, u Look mess up, oh yeah, here ur sword" Lox Said weirdly at me, coming to give me my sword, I stared at him viciously then i looked at my sword then back at him, i started to walk toward with my sword in one hand, "Ok Dan, Let's calm down here" Lox said nervously and scared-lik then He started to run and then i chased him Yelling "GET BACK HERE!" and wat happen next is history, Well the group WAS lucky enough to hold me back from jamming my sword up Lox's rear end
Yuri

Shin watched as everyone stirred from their restless sleep. Closing your eyes when you don’t know when you’ll get attacked had been a risky move for some of them and a luxury that can’t be afforded for the others. He had barely closed an eye and he felt his whole body beginning to yield to the tiredness. To avoid this, they should be more organized and that is where his plan took over.

"Alright, everyone. Today we need to organize our camp."

Everyone looked up with groggy, sleepy eyes. They looked like hell.

"Dan and Kuro. You go look for food in the woods. Lox, I see you’re able to catch fish. Take the brat," he pointed at Kusanagi, "and see what you can catch. " Anna, V, Kim and Aina. go and check the beach. There might be survivors or lost luggage from the plane on the shore."

"What will you do?" asked Aina, rubbing the sleep off her eyes.

"I’ll take a look on the other side of the island."

V looked up at him as if she had something to tell him, but couldn’t find the words. He left the camp in a hurry.

He felt bad for V. If he weren’t the prick he is, he would have asked what bothered her to the extent that every time they made eye contact, she had this desperate glow in her eyes as if the next second might be too late. He’ll do something about that when he comes back.

He really needed some space to breath, away from the closeness of the group. Hence he decided that a walk in the woods would do him good. Being suddenly close to so many strangers was something he would never do if the circumstances were different. It made him feel sick and at the same time warm. How twisted could he get?

Thump. Thump. Thump.

Those were definitely steps. Thump. Thump. Thump

And he could swear he heard some leaves rustling. And it wasn’t the wind.

Thump. Thump. Well, that means it’s show time!

He suddenly grabbed by the neck whatever was about to turn his way and pointed one of his guns at it.

"Ouch. What was that for?"

A girl, no older than him, with pink hair and matching eyes and a wrinkled outfit grabbed his hand in an attempt to keep it away from her neck. His hand didn’t even budge.

"Who are you and where did you come from?" asked Shin in an annoyed voice.

"I came from around …" she motioned to the woods, exploding in fits of laughter. Shin didn’t look amused at all. "And I would tell you my name if you stop pointing your gun at me. Besides, I doubt you could even hit me."

"Try me." He answered, moving his hand from her neck to her jaw, without changing the gun’s target. "Some exercise sounds actually good right now." He said while bringing their lips together, almost touching. The thought of shooting something thrilled him to no end.

For a second, her eyes portrayed fear, fear that vanished as soon as it came. In exchange, she started to laugh uncontrollably once again.

"Do you do this to all the girls that step into your private space?" she asked without actually looking for an answer, bringing her foot close to his body. "Be careful. I could close the distance as well." She smiled arrogantly, pointing at their lips.

Shin smirked. She was playing with fire and she might actually get burnt at this rate. He didn’t know if he wanted to kill her or kiss her at the moment, but he couldn’t attempt to do the later.

"I know. But you don’t want to kiss me since you took the time to warn me. " he answered calmly, while loosening up his hold on her.

"Aw, you’re no fun. I would have liked it more if you got flustered." She answered, easily getting away from his touch. "So… where are we going?" She randomly changed the subject while starting to walk away carelessly.

He mentally face palmed and started walking in the direction of the camp without looking behind if she’s following.

V, Anna, Aina and Kimmi were the first to arrive back at camp. They found a medical kit floating in the water near the shore and a bunch of different items, ranging from hair gel to orange juice. Kimmi was about to light up the fire when they saw Shin coming from the woods. He seemed rather upset about something.

Aina raised her hand and started waving enthusiastically, happy to see one of her new friends safe and sound. She smiled when she noticed a girl walking behind him, relieved that there were after all survivors. She ran off and without thinking, she hugged the new girl.

Yuri smiled gratefully and patted the younger girl’s head.

"Thank you." She whispered softly when Aina raised her head with a pair of teary eyes and a runny nose to look her in the eye. "You are so cute, I might actually eat you." She added, pinching her nose in a gesture of friendship.

Yuri looked up to notice V fearfully staring at her. She hurriedly let go of Aina and started curiously inspecting the other girl.

"Are these real?" She touched V’s wings, making said girl squeal cutely and blush like there’s no tomorrow.

Shin looked like he was about to rip someone’s neck off.

"Y-Yes! They are!" V wrestled herself away from the pinkette’s touch. "D-don’t touch me so freely!"

"Aw, but I can’t help it. Now that I look more carefully, you’re cute too."

"What!?" V denied the idea, staring at Yuri as if she grew two heads.

The pinkette only smiled in a challenging manner and turned her head to spot the old man, Lox, running towards her with two fish in his hand.

"Yuriiiiiiiiiiiii!"

She easily dodged the pedo’s bear hug and sprinted in the direction from which the old man came.

"Kusaaaaaaaaa!" she called her target’s name before the collision which left the two of them on the ground.

"How come you’re here? With that pervert no less? Where did you get the money for the plane? Have you finally been bought?" she started tearing, feigning disappointment. "Have I been too late? It can’t be. Don’t tell me you have been bought by an old man that’s dying of cancer and he wanted a young body such as yours and now you had to run away to the North Pole before he catches you and sends you to a BDSM club. Nonono."

Kusa could finally see something besides green stars, when Yuri finished her blabbering. "No, I…"

"I’ll buy you, don’t worry! Now that you survived a plane crash your price doubles too. One thousand. " She gripped the collar of his shirt tightly, shaking him like he was a rag doll.

"Sold." Lox suddenly came out of nowhere with the right answer.
"What!?"
"Yay!" She exclaimed suddenly, letting go of the boy who was still flabbergasted. "But I don’t have the money now."

"… The heck?" Dan was just coming back from the woods, carrying a dead animal on his back. Everyone was staring wide eyed at the three performers of this drama.

"Oh, didn’t you know? Kusa sells himself on the streets." Yuri was fast to answer the question everyone was thinking.

"Oh, God, no!" Kusa suddenly stood up from the ground. "I am a street rat, that’s true. But what she said is a lie. I tried to steal her purse once. I failed. The plan backfired on me and she offered to buy me. I disagreed. The end."

A deep silence fell upon the group. That until Yuri started laughing which earned her scowls and disproving looks from everyone around. Or smirks.

"Okay, okay, Kusaboo." She started talking again which left Kusanagi with a ghost appearance. "Eleven hundred.Only because I love you this much." She smiled maliciously and pointed in Dan’s direction.

"I certainly am not eating that."

"Well the others r sleeping, dont know y, but finally some peace and quiet" I sighed then went to another area but still looking out for the others

"Now, if only i can figure out this place" I said, looking around then i heard coming from behind me, So i turn around n point my sword at whatever was behind,.....just to figure out it's that pinkette

"Whoa, Hey, dont point that thing at me" She pouted, "First of all, this is not a thing, this my sword, Secord of all, Yuri, y r u awake?" I sighed, knowing that my peace and quiet stopped when she came, "I was just about to ask ya the same thing" She smirked

"......Yuri, go to bed" I said, irritated, "Why?" She grins, "......Yuri....i dont hav time for this, GO TO SLEEP!" I yelled quietly

"Hey, Come on, I just wanted to ask u something" She pouted again, "Well ask me another day cuz im busy" I said as i put my sword down, turned from her and got back to my thinking, "Oh yea, busy doing what?" She said then grins

I sighed, "Im busy trying to figure out this land" Trying to get some peace from this girl, then she pounce on my back, "Hey!, the heck r u doing?" I was wondering wat this girl is up to, "Ur no fun if u dont do something r not gonna talk to me" She chuckled on my back

"Cuz I said I WAS.....wait, wat do ya mean "Do something?", I wondered, "Weeeellll, u know" she smiled at me

"........Yuri, go to sleep, PLEASE!" I was very irritated of wat i was thinking, "Alright then, dont talk to me" She pouted and started walking away then she stopped and said "And by the way, Ur a perv for thinking the wrong thing" I turned around, now looking angry, Yuri sticked her tongue at me then ran back to the cave

".......Now.....I very irritated by this girl" I said feeling annoyed like hell and lik i said, Like my day couldnt get any worse

As the morning rised, everyone now awake and feeling relieved, "Man, that was a good sleep" Kusa said and everyone yawned, "Yeah, it was nice of Dan to watch over us as we sleep" V said, feeling much relieved with the rest agreeing with her

"Wait, Where is Dan?" Aina wondered and So did everybody else, Well except Yuri, She just Grin and said "Mayb he was pounced by something" then everyone gave her A wide-eyed, awkward look

Then to break the silence, I popped out of a random bush then everyone felt relieved that i didnt die, cuz i would b ABLE to do wat i did again another time and then some stared at me and the rest wondered where i've gone and of course, except Yuri, As she just smiled at me

"Dan, What were u doing out of the area?" Shin said, going a bit serious about this, "Just want some peace and quiet" I sighed, "Wait, u would have got some whiles we were sleeping" Anna Said at me with a curious face

"Yea, i COULD HAVE but YURI INTERRUPTED ME! I Yelled, staring at Yuri as she just giggles, "Well, Im sorry, I just wanted to talk to you, Oh yea, ur still a perv for doin~ uhhhh i mean thinking the wrong thing" As she just smirks, Then everyone gave Yuri a wide-eyed look then me, I couldnt express when irritated i was, I was just twitching all over

So i just started to go to another to u know "blow off some stream" Then Yuri yelled at me "Where ya going pervy boy?" As she was just laughing lik crazy

As i heard her, I just continued walking, Now blocking out everything that was around me and away from me

"Now I know how it feels to be around those types of people" I sighed, Continued to walk somewhere, anywhere actually since i didnt care where i was going right now

Radiance
Another night passed. My anxiety, curiosity and tension grew. The same dream kept on repeating. It is always 'Aira'.
The sun hasn't risen yet. "Just for a bit.. Until the sun rises." I told myself, "I will be back before anyone wakes up. Even if its just a little clue. I want to know who Aira is."
I picked my my chains cautiously and silently and walked out of the cave.

"Ah... I came out so carelessly... Now where should I go..?" I regretted taking action so fast, but right at that moment, a strange rock caught my attention. I wasn't sure if it was because I didnt pay attention or what, but it appeared so suddenly and mysteriously. I walked up to it and took a good look at it.
"Seems like a normal rock..." I picked it up, turned it over and brushed the dirt off of the bottom. "It... It kind of looks like an arrow. It's pointing towards the beach where our plane crashed." I immediately started running towards the plane crash site.

I arrived at the in front of the wrecked plane. I caught my breath.

"AIRA!" I shouted out, "Aira! Are you here?"
*thumpthump* What is this throbbing feeling? I clenched my left eye (The one with the scar on it). I suddenly felt dizzy, everything became a blur, then I heard Aira's voice.
"No, you mustn't sleep now." I fell down, my head spinning. My eye throbbing at the rate of my heart. *thumpthump* What is happening...
"Leave... Leave this place at once. It seems that you cannot handle it now." Aira's voice was ringing in my head. I did what she said and backed away from the plane. My headache stopped and the throbbing was better.
"Wh-what was that..?" I was so confused. Everything just passed through my head but nothing made sense.
"Him... Mephisto. The one sealed inside you." Aira's voice caught my attention, "He is not complete though. The other half is sealed inside me... The other half WAS sealed inside me." She corrected herself.
"Who is Mephisto?" I backed away from the plane a little bit more. "Why is he inside me?"
"It is hard to explain right now. However remember this: Until you are able to control the Mephisto inside you, do not come close to this plane... The other half of Mephisto is under the plane. If they meet, Mephisto will revive. And if he does and you are unable to control him, you will probably end up like me." Aira's voice faded away.

"Mephisto?...." I whispered to myself silently, "Just who is he..?"
The bright rays of the sun shone in my eyes. "Ah the sun is rising, I better get back."

I got back to the cave right on time. Everyone was just waking up.
"Mmmmmm, Ainaaaa~" Yuri yawned as she saw me walking towards her, "There's my cute Aina. Where were you?" She pinched my cheeks.
"Um.. Just out for a little walk." I tried to smile while she was pinching my cheeks.. It must have looked awkward.
The next to walk out was Kusa.
"Awhhh, There's my sleepy Kusaboo~" Yuri hugged Kusa with full energy. I was really jealous of her carefree-ness... Why couldn't my life be like that...? "Didya dream about me?~"
"G-get off me Yuri... I'm not 'yours'." Kusa pushed Yuri off. The others were waking up too.
"Kimmi," Anatsure said half asleep, "Whaaat's for breakfaast?"
"We can cook your antelope if you want." Kimmi joked.
"Hmph. You wish," Anatsure grabbed her antelope and hugged him, "He's mine, back off." Anatsure was still half asleep. Kuro got up silently and stared up at the sky for a few minutes, probably daydreaming again.. Shin, V and Lox walked out last.
"Today will be no different from any other day, I will split you guys up and give you different tasks." Shin ordered.
"Awh, but that's no fun, Shinneee~" Yuri cried, "I want to be with my Kusaboo~" Yuri turned around and face Kusa and gave him a peck on the face. Kusa turned bright red.
"H-hey! What was that for?" Kusa flustered. Everyone laughed. Even me.
"I remember the days when I had these kind of sweet romance." Lox smiled.

I had nothing else on my mind but the happy moments we just had. Nothing else. I was truly happy to be around them.

KNinja

I stood over the fire cooking fish that Lox and Kusanagi caught yesterday. Cooking brings up memories again, and I start to tear up. I quickly wipe my eyes hoping no one would notice. I look up to see everybody sitting around waiting for me to finish so Shin can give us orders. Jeez who made that guy the boss anyway? I turn over the fish to let the other side cook. As I finish cooking, Lox is already telling everybody jokes and making most of them laugh and having a good time. Maybe getting stranded on this island isn't so bad for me. I'm having a good time, having fun. Maybe staying on this island is better than going back home. Wait, what am I thinking, I can't stay here what about the people that care for me. If there are any.
"Hey Kim! Hurry up already would ya? We have to get moving already!" Someone shouted.
"Uh..." I look down at the fish which was just well done. "Okay foods ready I guess." I shouted back.
Everybody got up to get food and I started to walk out of the cave.
"Hey, where are you going?" Dan asked suspiciously.
"Just going out for a short walk. You guys eat I'm not hungry."
"Fine whatever, just get back so I can give you a task." Shin said.

I cast a heavy sigh, grab my kitchen knife and headed out.
I headed to where I remember I fell when the plane crashed.
Looking back on that day, I also remember the man and the fruit. I nearly forgot about it, nothing weird happened but I couldn't expect the better.
As I'm strolling through, I hear something coming near. I unwrapped the cloth and stood ready for any attack. "Who's there! Show yourself!"
Out of nowhere the mysterious man who bore the fruit stood in front of me.
"Y-"
"Shhh child."
"What do you want?" I eyed him suspiciously. Yeah he kinda saved my life, but that no more a reason to trust him.
"Only to give you this." He held out his hands to reveal the same fruit. I reach my hand slowly to take it.
"This is not for you, but for someone else." What did he mean someone else?
"I want you to give it to them, put don't say who's it's from." Now this was just getting plain weird.
"Wait just who do I give it to.?" The man was back away into the woods, with the shadows covering him.
"Your choice is the answer, to who receives it this time."
I started to shout wait, but it was to late, somehow he managed to disappear.
I stare at the fruit in my hands. Who do I give it to? Just who...

Back at the Cave:
Everybody has finished up eating and are waiting for Shin's orders.
"We can just get started without her." Kuro said.
"But what if she's hurt...or-or worse?" Aina said.
"We have to get started, but we need someone to watch the caves just in case she comes back. Alright, Lox you can watch the caves for today, pick up any firewood while your at it." Shin said.
"You got it captain!" Lox said, playfully saluting and marching put of the cave.
Shin rolling his eyes points at Dan, and Kuro. "You two, will hunt for any animals that prove to be edible."
Aina, and Anatsure you guys will patrol the beach perimeter for survivors. And if you see Kimmi along the way, make her stay with you. And finally, Yuri and uh..." Shin thought twice, the only people left were V and Kusanagi. He still wanted to know what V was saying but he didn't want to talk to her about directly.
"Yuri, and Kusanagi will patrol the plane wreck and continue savaging whats left over."
Yuri, filled with delight pulled Kusanagi dragging him with her out of the cave. Soon the others who received task went out also.
"What about me?" V asked.
"Uh... I guess you come with me to search the other side of the island."
V shrugged and follow Shin out of the cave.

Vriska
Everyone out to fulfill the task given to them, except for Kimmi. Where she had gone, no one knew. Meanwhile, V began walking with Shin and for the longest time there was dead silence. It was very awkward. V began to slow her pace down as she began feeling weary and sick. "Hey V, pick up the pace!" Shin yelled ahead of V. V began walking faster, but the feelings didn't change. "Oh, that reminds me, I wanted to ask you something." Shin said. V began moving from right to left uncontrollably as she tried to keep the pace and focus of what Shin was saying. "The other day you muttered something, but I couldn't understand it because you were crying. Mind if I ask what it was you said?" questioned Shin. He wasn't paying very much attention or giving eye contact to V. It would make it that much easier on the both of them when talking so he didn't bother looking back as he waited for a reply. *thump* It wasn't like hearing their usual accustomed thump on the island. Meaning it wasn't a monster. Shin turned around only to notice V was laying on the ground. V began coughing as drips of vomit came out of her mouth. "V are you alright!" Shin yelled as he quickly began running to her aid. *cough cough* "I... I'm not feeling so...." V couldn't finish the sentence. "It's okay, don't worry. Let's get you back to the cave and find out what's wrong." Shin replied. He was worried, but he had to stay calm. He picked up V and began heading back to the cave. Everyone seemed to have been back except for Kimmi. "Move, coming through!" yelled Shin. They all looked as Shin ran into the caving holding V. They could only assume that something was wrong. Lox examined V as everyone waited patiently to figure out a solution. "Ah, for a woman so healthy she is dehydrated and hungry." Lox pointed out. "Hasn't she been eating though?" Anatsure questioned. "I don't know, but I'm telling you now, it certainly doesn't seem like it." Lox explained. "Sh...Shin, could I speak to you alone?" V coughed. Shin began walking over to V as he looked back signally everyone to exit the cave while they talked. "What is it V?" Shin asked.
"S.. Sai, th..that's the name." she muttured. "I don't understand what you're trying to say. Who is Sai?" Shin wondered.
"Kimmi!" yelled everyone from outside the cave. Shin heard her, but was too busy paying attention to V. V was becoming worse, her sentences were slurred and words had been skipped. "Your parents killed, meet her face to.... soon." V coughed
Quickly Shin caught on. "Saiyaka!? She's here on the island?!" Shin angrily replied. He wanted to leave and go searching, but he didn't want to leave V behind without knowing she'd be okay. Kimmi began to walk into the cave. "Get out! Can't you see where talking?" Shin yelled. Kimmi kept walking further in to get to V and Shin. "Don't worry, Lox explained to me what was happening. Give her this fruit. She probably hasn't been eating because of the food or rather creatures, we've been cooking." Kimmi explained as she handed Shin the fruit. She didn't know if it was the right thing to do, but there was no going back on it now. After all, the fruit was given to her so she could give it so someone she chose. Shin slowly began feeding V the fruit. "Don't worry, it's just a fruit that grew on the island." Shin replied. Little did he know this wasn't any ordinary fruit, but neither did Kimmi. V began to feel more enlightened but the feelings didn't stop there. Her wings began glimmering, let's not forget her horns too. They recognized it. The same thing that happened right before the plane crash. Slowly her eyes filled with red. She stood up and as they stared in awe. V stormed right out the cave and further out into the island then anyone had went. She didn't have control of herself nor would she remember anything that happened afterwards. "What type of fruit was that and where did you get it from?" questioned Shin.

Yuri

Yuri eyed the woman suspiciously. Appearing out of nowhere, claiming to be a survivor when she had a key to a tree house... a tree house that has been there God knows since when, while they only crashed here a few days ago... Fishy.

"Sooo... How old are you?" Yuri asked, faking curiosity.

"26." she answered, flashing her a dazzling smile.

"Oh, I see." Yuri chuckled softly. "26... man, that's old." she pointed out casually, raising her chin unconsciously. "I'm pretty sure I'll die before 25." she returned the dazzling smile from earlier, glaring a little at the woman.

Kara simply laughed and patted her head in a sisterly manner, earning a scowl from the younger girl.

"Oh really." she said in a 'there-there' kind of manner. "What's your name, anyway?"

"Princess." Yuri answered, regarding her with a serious look, elbowing Kusa when she saw his mouth about to open. "This is Kusa and this is Lox." she pointed out at the two males next to her.

"Oh really. Then I'll call you Yuri."

"... What?" she asked puzzled, searching the eyes of the woman for an answer.

"That's how they called you earlier."

"Oh, yeah, it's ... the way my father used to call me after my mother died. It's my late mother's name." she lied professionally, even sobering her face until it looked like she was actually having resentments.

Kusa shot her a disapproving look and she shot back one of her defiant ones, challenging him. She stopped for a little to glare at Lox too, in her eyes of promise of intense torture if they dared to interfere. She had her ways.

"I'm sorry to hear that." Kara said with a remorseful glance in the distance. "Both of my parents died when I was young. And I lost my younger sister in this world too little and at the same time too big for us. I've been trying to find her ever since."

"Oh really." said Yuri, sounding more uncaring that she planned. She couldn't bring herself to believe this old hag. Just like the woman couldn't bring herself either. She could feel it, her mocking smile under the innocent appearance; It was probably a woman thing, she didn't know why. "Why are you telling me this?"

"Oh, maybe because I thought you understand me." she smiled gently, taking a step to pinch Yuri's cheek, the latter taking a step back to avoid the approaching hand, pretending she tripped. Even Kusa bought it cause he immediately came to her side, ready to help her out.

And then, an idea came to her mind.

"My leg." she said in a shaky voice. "It hurts." she continued, inhaling deeply and flinching as if she actually felt pain.

Kusa looked alarmed and if she wasn't the Yuri she is, she would have actually felt sorry for the poor guy that was getting worked up over an imaginary wound.

Kara came by her side too, in a less distressed pace. Lox was watching the three of them with knowing eyes.

"Can you walk?" asked the woman.

"No." replied Yuri grimacing.

And then, with no words, Kusa lifted her up, carrying her with the expressionless face he got the habit of showing whenever he touched her out of his own accord; this was his way of hiding the embarrassment.

Yuri glanced back at Kara who was seemingly unfazed by the sudden proof of deep affection the boy showed. When she realized Kara was looking back, she closed her eyes and sneaked her arms around the boy's neck, inhaling deeply in a gesture of contentment and transfixing the woman's gaze through half-lidded eyes; she was wordlessly warning her.

Lox coughed a little flustered himself and a little jealous of his pupil. He slyly wondered if Kusa also had wet dreams about Yuri sometimes.

Lox's chocked embarrassment left Yuri with another opportunity she could not pass; to show Kara who's the woman around here.

"What's the matter, old man?" she asked without waiting for an answer. "Don't act stupid. Didn't you know? Kusaboo has been mine since years ago." she smiled happy with herself.

"I know, Yuri, but until recent---!"

"Duck!" Kara called out before jumping ahead and pushing them out of the way of a gigantic mutated snake that fell from a tree branch.

She immediately drew out her katana and stabbed the snake with precise, clean movements, not wasting any time.

Yuri gulped, despite of herself, feeling suddenly conscious of the older woman's ability to kill. She unconsciously grasped Kusa harder, making the boy look at her with a understanding smile, mistaking the sudden fear he could read in her eyes with the anxiety she always revealed when she saw snakes.

"Are you okay?" Kara asked while dragging her sword from the dead animal's body, leaving the blood drip ghastly on the untainted ground. Yuri felt like puking.

Kara barely managed to hide the victorious smile that was about to slip past her lips when she noticed the pinkette's reaction.

I was following Shin and Kimmi but it was not like me to BE following others, Mayb it was becuz of Kimmi and her mysteriousness crossing my mind and her REAL BODY being around me too, I was feeling awkward round her, like i wanted to slap myself and ask her something important but Shin.......That guy......one thing to say bout him.....He's...too...up-tight, Yea up-tight and serious, That guy need to learn how to loosen up a little.

"Alright guys, I think hear some mutates over there, We dont know what kind they are so be prepared for anything" Shin told us seriously, Like he's warning us to protect us, "Yea, Sure Im ready" Kimmi simply said Ready well ALMOST Ready for anything cuz she wont know wat will be throw at her like a rock, something, "Dan, U prepared" Shin asked me, not caring to look back, I just stared at him blankly, "Dan?" Kimmi turned to me for a answer, I stared at her too with the same expression, "Sure sure, I'm PREPARED" I muttered sarcastically, "Alright, show each others back" Shin told, "Yea Yea, dont worry, I got yall backs" I smirk, Ready for one of the fights of my life, "Is that so, So who got ur back eh?" Kimmi questioned me with a bored attitude, "......So yall aint got my back........So yall is gonna let me die eh? As soon as my back turned BAM! Dead" I childly whined at them, "...Dont act so childish, We gone ya back" Kimmi said with her bored attitude, ".......Right" Shin said then studdered something quietly, "hmmmm got something to say to me BRA?" I stared at Shin then got in his face, annoyed by he's attitude, "No.....wait what do u call me?" I shouted and with that, both me and Shin burst through the one bush to the area where those mutates were and with Kimmi following, Luckily the mutates were Light-skinned meaning stuff easily can forced through them, Shin was good with his, Getting headshots like no other but he tends to mess up something ~evil smile~ and i did my usual killing way, SPICIN' N DICING, Chopping up mutates like crazy then i stopped to ask Kimmi something, "Hey Kimmi, Keep score" I smirk at her then gone back to killing

After our Killing spree was over, We gone back to Kimmi For a score, "So Kimmi, Who got the most kills? Cuz i know it's me" I chuckled at my somehow pre-victory, "........It was a tie" She said blankly, "WHAT, A TIE?!, WHO CAN I TIE WITH THIS GUY" I yelled at her, ".....Well, I did got to the point where i can shoot more then i usually can" Shin pointed out, "hmmmmm I guess i underestimate u Bra" I smirk once again, "STOP CALLING ME THAT!" Shin shouted, Now irritated, "Or Wat Bra?", "uhhhhhh G-Guys",Kimmi spoke, getting our attention and looked shocked mixed with a little scared in it, "What" We both said, "What's t-that?" Kimmi pointed behind us and We turned only to meet A 20-feet Lizard standing up on it's 2 of it's 4 legs and holding a spear, We ~including Kimmi~ were shocked by what we were seeing but i the least shocked since i saw this Lizard before

"So we meet again, Fiend" I said, smiling at it, "Wait...u know this thing?!" Kimmi said surprisely, "Yea i came face-to-face with this Lizard before in my younger ages", I told them then the lizard remembered my face and charged at me suddenly, "Aight then COM AT MAH!" I yelled at it then blocked it's spear with my sword, "Little back-up guys" I asked for help then they helped me just to make sure i didnt die from this, Shin's gun's bullet made a connect to the Lizard's eye, So it backed off me from it's eye pain, It growled at us then gathered something in it's mouth, "It looks like it's building up something" Kimmi said, "......ACID!" I shouted then it shoot spits of acid at us in which carefully dodged, "I dont think we'll be able to get to it with it spitting acid at us" Kimmi pointed out, "hmmmmm.. Ok guys, On the count of three....Shin, U aim for the legs! then the head, Kimmi, come with me, We're gonna charge at this lizard" I gave command to beat this thing, "What, r u crazy?!" She somehow yelled at me, "Dont worry, I'll go first to create a distraction then u go charge at it and try to take it down and i'll take it from there, trust me" I said smiling, "Alright, hope this works" Kimmi sweatdropped, hoping that this plan wont fail, "Dont worry, it wont, Ready Shin?" He nodded to tell me that he was ready. "Ok...One.....Two....THREE CHARGE!!" I shouted then I Ran at it then Kimmi followed and Shin Aimed for the legs, hoping to not accidentally hit us then started firing, It started firing Acid at me and Kimmi, I toke a sharp turn to throw it off then the acid firing followed me to let Kimmi Passed to it, Shin was done firing at the legs and started for the head but he was kinda missing due to it rumbling at it's spitting which i am taking fire of, Kimmi trying to take it down by cutting and stabbing it's legs but it didnt reacted to that, like it cant even feel it, The lizard's aiming was getting to the point where the next shot will hit me but then Shin's next shot got lucky and headshot it

The pain from the bullet caused it to fall Which was Kimmi's turn to end it as got on it and stabbed it multiple times, It twitched then stopped moving, "~pant~Nice~pant~ Kill Kimmi and Great aim Shin" I panted, tired from the running, "Now, let's take this Lizard and a few other mutate if we can carry them back to the cave, "Aight then and Shin, ur a pretty good guy, u just need to work on ur attitude a bit" I pointed then we carry that lizard's body back to the cave

"Why so silent?" Sophora asked out of the blue.

"H-huh?" I couldn't stop myself from thinking aloud.

I never really liked her randomness. It always strikes me like a freaking bolt of lightning when she does. I didn't even have time to think about what she said. She chuckled at my reaction. It was really agitating. I didn't know the rationale behind her question anyway. I was always silent. Why was she asking me that anyway?

"Y'know Kuro, you always keep to yourself, and..." she started.

Of course. She knew me for like, basically her entire life. Didn't she know I always keep to myself?

"STOP DAYDREAMING!" She stepped on my leg tout de suite when she saw I wasn't listening.

That hurt like shit. No, that was an understatement. No words could possibly describe the supreme and absolute and unconquerable strength she has. She calmed down, and continued.

"I know that not everybody is going to get out of this island alive. Maybe I won't―"

"Don't say that." I replied solemnly.

"Why not?"

"You told me there's always hope."

"Ah... about that. Do you know why I'm always so positive and happy and maybe even irritating to you even in times of despair?"

...? What the hell was she trying to say? She won't die. I won't let that happen. It was a vow I made. To myself, my friends, and Akari. I looked at her, perplexed. I didn't know the answer. How could she be so positive even when she's stranded on this god forsaken island?

"It's all because of you."

"...!?"

My mind went completely blank. I didn't know what to say to that. How did I, a zero like me, made someone like her stay so positive? For one I'm not the type to be those happy-go lucky people, and I'm pretty pessimistic. She chuckled again at my reaction. My god, are my reactions really that funny?

"I know it's hard to... comprehend but seriously, in all conscience, you cheered me up. Remember when I started high school? Nobody really liked me. I was so distraught and I really wanted to kill myself. But you cheered me up. No, not literally cheered me up by talking to me, but you stood by my side. You didn't need to say anything at all,"

"Why are you telling me all of this?" I asked.

"If somebody dies, it's going to stir up a lot of panic and terror. Especially if that someone is a foundation that holds us all together. I'll just tell you this; you're going to be the glue that sticks us all together if that happens. Now don't you give me that bullshit that nobody is going to die."

"You were also the one who stood by my side when my father died. You told me this important thing. Death is a part of life, and it is an ineluctable fate. But rejoice for those who do, because they have completed their own journey. That's why people die with smiles on their faces. Although the smiling part is a freaking blatant lie, you still managed to cheer me up."

"I know you made a vow to yourself to protect others. I understand the rationale behind it. This might be the last halcyon days we'll ever spend together, and I'm just telling you all this to return the favour. Did you really forget everything? It's been what, two years plus minus since we last saw each other, and you already forget about it? You were the one who inspired me to do everything. Now you're pretty pathetic, I should say. I don't know what happened in that two years, but you're deplorable. I don't mean to derogate you, but that's how you are right now. You don't even stand up for your beliefs anymore."

I couldn't look her in the eye anymore. She's right. I held back my tears. The way she described the memories, was vivid as if it happened yesterday. She embraced me, knowing how I felt.

"And this, our life, exempt from public haunt, finds tongues in trees, books in the running brooks, sermons in stones, and good in everything."

Still in her embrace, I shed silent tears. She didn't speak a single word in that moment which lasted for like eternity― atypical of her. She seemed happy and a little annoyed― probably because she wasn't expecting that to happen.

"I'm just saying basically, you shouldn't be putting yourself down. I know you inside out like the back of my hand. You're not like before. You're better than this. I hope you actually learn something. Anyway, let's just collect the wood and go back. Forget that I ever hugged you, seriously. It's not like I like you or anything, just returning the favour, that's all," there wasn't even a sweat broken in that entire sentence. She wasn't flustered and she didn't even blush at all.

"... Did you even hear what I said?" she snapped me out of my reverie, yet again. I continued what I was supposed to do.

"Hey where are we going? You wouldn't even know we have never been here before... So where are we going? Nowhere in particular?... Okay.... This in nice just the two of us, like the good old days.... Remenber the first time I used my swords? Those cheetahs looked really hungry you know? But I had to do something or they were going to eat you... I have to admit it, that was kind of fun. It's like my swords were talking to me you know? Kind of like the way I can understand you sometimes when you look at me"
The antelope looked at her as if to say 'can you please be quiet'
"yeah... like that, see I understood that you want me to be quiet, but too bad silence is boring and since when have we ever had a journey where I havnent talked to you the whole time?"
The antelope shook its head in disappointment
"oh come on I'm not that bad... Well too bad you are stuck with me. Ever since I could remember its been you and me. just the two of us. We can make it if we try. Just the two"
The antelope looked back and Anatsure stopped singing immediately
"Okay okay I get it"

10 minutes later they find an open field.
The antelope stops walking, so does Anatsure.
The antelope looks at Anatsure as to say 'make some noise'
"are you sure?"
The antelope stomps on the ground.
Anatsure reluctantly screams "YAHOO! OVER HERE!" at the top of her lungs.
"Are you sure about this because we might attra, Oh I see what you are doing here! but are you sure you thought this out properly. You know that it's mutants we are dealing with here right? It won't be the same as with those cheetahs" The antelope starts walking away from the centre of the field where Anatsure stands.*
"What if I can't handle them? How will I be able to protect you?"
The antelope lays down and starts watching Anatsure. Suddenly Anatsure and the antelope hear a swarm of sounds comming from all directions Anatsure closes her eyes and prepairs for battle.

Koh heard a loud noise coming from the opposite direction.
"People?" With a confused expression he began to walk the other way in hopes of meeting up with somebody.

"This place is so icky, i hate it" He thought to himself, "If i find other people, i'll only have to do half the work! Altho it maybe good fun beat up these mutants.. I can't stand being alone anymore!" He picked up the pace, he didn't want to waste anytime on the small mutant bugs that were in the jungle.
"Sorry but i'll shoot ya later, i gotta run!" He winked at the mutant a sped off.

"Oh.. this isn't good, did the noise come from this way or that way?"
A snarl noise came from a bush behind him. Koh was spooked and slowly turned back to see yellow eyes glaring at him.
"Die, Die Die!!" He ripped out a gun from his beanie and shot the bush 3 times. 4 Crows flew out of the bush and up into the canopy of the jungle.
"Crows? In a jungle? On an island? This is soo weird" He scratched his head and moved onward.

Almost at the cave" I said to Kara. "I'm SO srry that im being such a bother kusaboo <3" Yuri smiled back at Kara. "Its alright, accidents happen. just dnt go messing up ur leg in a fight." I said. "Whos at the cave?" Kara questioned. "Just about everyone! We all found each oda on dis island and live ina cave now!" Lox said, walking closer to kara. Kara distanced herself and walked closer to Kusa. That smelly old bat better watch himself, my true mission is about to start, Kara thought. " Im glad u all found each other! it should be nice to meet everyone, hopefully big strong guys like u kusaaa~" "I is strong to yaknow!" lox replied, trying to make a muscle that his 79 year old body wouldnt allow. "Were here guys" I said, all eyes were on Kara.

Nearly everybody had return to the cave. V was laying on the ground with Aina next to her. And Kimmi was busy chopping up the lizard from earlier. Shin, Dan, Kuro, and Sophora were waiting for dinner. No one had no idea where Anatsure went but it was getting pretty dark to look for her. Kimmi looked up from her cooking to see Kusanagi, Yuri and Lox returning. "Hey you guys finally found L-" When Kimmi noticed the familiar face behind the three of them she raised her knife at Kara. "What is SHE doing here?!" Kimmi shouted. All eyes were on Kara. "Kimmico!!! I finally found you!!". Kara squealed. Kara ran up to hug Kimmi tightly making her drop her weapon. "Um this is Kara another survivor. I guess she knows Kimmi" "Well if she's a survivor then she can join us. Better be safe all together then die alone." Shin said. "Oh how sweet, more big strong boys to protect me!" Kara squealed. She walked over to Shin and hugged him. But Shin just shook her off and walked away. "No! That-that demon isn't a survivor. She's going to kill me! Maybe all of us!" Kimmi hid behind Dan who was closer to her making him blush a little.
"Oh please did that octopus fry your brain or something? We're all survivors here deal with it." Shin snapped. Kimmi scowled at Kara who was looking at Kimmi with her fake innocent eyes. She walked back to the fire to finish up cooking not taking a single eye off of Kara.

While Kimmi was cooking Kara and the others except Yuri, V, and Aina were sitting in a circle listening to Kara and her stories.
Kara: "And when lil Kimmico was just a baby she was deathly afraid of Winnie the Pooh!
And when she was 5 she stole scissors and cut all her hair off!"
And almost everybody seemed to laugh, even Shin smirked a little.

"Ugh...why is she here." Kimmi said.
"I don't trust her innocent act at all." Yuri said.
"Your scared of Winnie the Pooh?" Aina asked.
"That was a long time ago all right?!" Kimmi blushed horribly.
"Ugh I'm gonna sleep early, dinner is already done you all help yourselves."

Kara, noticing that Kimmi was going to bed, shouted out, "Hey Kimmico remember when you kept wetting yourself in your sleep till you where nine?!"
The whole cave filled with laughter.
Finally Kimmi couldn't hold it any longer, "Screw you Kara go kill yourself!" And she ran out of the cave. Dan, who felt sorry for her ran after her.
Yuri glared at Kara who was busy running her fingers through Kusa's hair.

Kimmi and Dan:

"Hey! Kimmi! Are you there?!" Dan shouted.
He ran up a couple more feet until he spotted Kimmi stabbing a tree with her kitchen knife.
Kimmi turned around and saw Dan.
"Oh...it's you."
"Yeah I was worried about you."
"I'm sorry I overreacted, I'm just...actually I don't feel like talking about it."
"That's fine..."
"Um sorry I forgot to thank you for your awesome leadership skills out there with that lizard...you where great."
Dan blushed at Kimmi's statement.
"Uh...it's nothing it's you with your great slicing and stabbing and..stuff."
Kimmi turned her face away from Dan so he wouldn't see her blushing.
"Umm...I'm going to head back to the cave now."
Kimmi cave Dan a hug and turned around to go.

When Kimmi got back, everybody was already fast asleep. All except Kara who was staring right at her.

"Hmph.. how long did u think hide from me, 'kimmico'" Kara said. "Why is everyone asleep. They havent even eaten their food yet." Kimmi glared at Kara. "You think i did this?.. smart girl. I mixed some of this with the food u made when u walked out." Kara held up an empty vial. "Kara.." Kimmi searched around for her knife. "Looking for this? Its not even urs kimmi. u stole this from me. From us, the yakuza." Kara held up kimmis knife. "What do want Kara."

"Kimmi.. whats going on." Dan entered the cave, sword in hand.

"Goodness me, its gotten dark so quick!"

As he slowly trotted along through the dark jungle, he tripped over a couple of times
mainly because he doesn't know how to tie his shoe-laces

"This reminds me.. of Kookee.. she would always tie them for me.. Now that i think about it.."
"SHE NEVER TAUGHT ME HOW TO TIE THEM!! -.-#"

Out raged Koh got up and randomly shot the sky. Several bird fell to the ground.
"I wonder if anybody heard that.. Maybe, somebody will come find me?" he thought to himself

"Its gotten really late, i think *yawn* i think i might... ZZZZZzzz"

Meanwhile at Anatsure and the antelope
"Alright I'm ready" Anatsure stands in wait for her first enemies.
3 mutants ran out of the bushes carrying tree trunks in their hands.
Anatsure quickly assessed their size speed and how much damage they would be able to do and selected her sixth sword. She ran forward leading them all to run in the same direction behind her, stopped suddenly and swung at all three of their right legs they all fel and dropped their trunks she then put her sixth sword back and grabbed her second and seventh swords and swung at all of their ligaments she then put back the seventh and second swords and grabbed her first sword. She struck all of the mutants pressure points with the handle of her sword leaving them immobile. She then put back her first sword and got ready for the second wave.

This time the mutants that came out were small and moved very fast, there were 10 of them and they were all carrying sharp tree branches that could be used as spears. Anatsure grabbed her first and third swords and started to evade and monitor the mutants they seemed to be attacking in a certain pattern.1 *would go for the initial thrust at Anatsure then 2 more would swing at her if she evaded the first attack 3 more would come at her from different directions if she evaded that attack and the last 4 would attack from the sky attempting to stab her with the support of gravity. "Look they are working together. Never seen this before"
It took a few cycles for Anatsure to get the hang of fending off the attacks she then went on the offensive. When the 1st mutant came in for the initial thrust she swung at the branch and cut it so that it was no longer sharp she then let the mutant hit her so that the next 2 would be confused. This worked, Anatsure quickly turned the swords around so that the was holding them with the long ends behind she then used the handles to strike all 3 mutants on their heads which knocked them out. When the next 3 mutants came at her she waited until they were close enough to not be able to stop, she jumped and cut all three branches so the mutants wouldn't impale themselves.All three mutants collided and knocked each other out. When the last 4 came from the air Anatsure quickly jumped to the left which made all 4 mutants stab the ground leaving them vulnerable to an attack. Anatsure took advantage of this and struck all four mutants on the head like she did to the first three.
"This is going to be a long night"

She returned her swords and prepaired for the next wave. This cycle continued for a while with more and more mutants with different abilities appearing each wave.

By the time Anatsure was finished with the eighteenth wave she was completely exhausted. Its a good thing that the attack seemed to have stopped.

"*huff puff huff* it looks like*huff* it's over. WOOOOO!. Oh no what have I done" Anatsure waited for a while but luckily for her no mutants noticed her.

Anatsure started walking to the antelope relieved, leaving a pile of unconscious mutants behind her. "Was that good enough for you?" The antelope did not move instead it was staring behind Anatsure."What's the matter?" Anatsure looked back and saw a black cloud swirling in front of her. "What is that? Wait don't tell me, oh... This is bad" The Nue materialised in front of Anatsure's eyes.

Back at the Cave

Dan raised his sword higher, "Kimmi what's wrong?"
Before Kimmi could speak Kara stood up and started to "cry".
"Oh it was horrible! Kimmi was planning to kill me with-with this."
Kara held up Kimmi's knife higher but this time it was dripping blood.
"Luckily with my amazing skills and Kimmi's horrible aim, I dodged it but sadly..."
Kara moved out of the way to reveal Shin and his shoulder tremendously bleeding.
Dan eyes grew wide and Kara started to "cry" even more.
"I-I..." Kimmi looked around in panic. "Dan! You don't believe her don't you?!"
Dan rushed over to Shin and held his fingers against his neck to feel a pulse. It was really faint yet beating very slowly.
"I don't want to believe her Kimmi I really don't." Dan looked down at Shin's wound and started tending to it.
Kimmi stared at Kara, who stared back evilly through her tears.
"Did you really stab Shin Kimmi?" Dan asked looking at her for an answer.
Kimmi didn't respond, she was still shocked at her sister's evil actions. Instead Kimmi ran out of the cave in tears that all this would happen.
Dan looked down sadly, "Why would she do something like this?..." He said softly.
Kara scooted closer to Dan and started to put her head on his shoulder.
"I don't know, Kimmi always...been that way I guess. Should have known she would betray all of us..."
She said.
Dan didn't believe it, he didn't want too. Maybe there was something he was missing. As everybody starts to wake up he wonder what would happen next.
About Shin's fate or Kimmi's betrayal...

Dan quickly started treating Shin's wound. Kara helped him a little, still crying.
"What's going on?" V rubbed her eyes.
"A..Ah.. Blood!" Aina backed away from Shin, Dan and Kara.
"Hey, I hear somebody's got a little boo-boo." Lox teased.
"Not the time to joke Lox, this looks pretty serious." Kusa looked at Shin's wound.
"Ugh... This bleeding won't stop. Looks like we have to burn the wound." Dan said.
"B-burn it?..." Aina literally backed off to a corner, shivering.
"V and Kuro, you guys go get some firewood. Kusa and Lox, you guys go get some ice cold water. A bucket would be enough. Yuri and Kara, you two find and clean a medium sized rock." Shin ordered, "Aina... Just, stay out of this cave... It'll get pretty ugly."
"Aww. I want to be with Kusabooooo!~~" Yuri complained.
"Stop Yuri, this isn't the time for complaining. Right now we should just focus on our jobs and hope for the best." Kusa sighed.
Everyone picked up their weapons and headed out

Aina didn't know what to do, so she started walking towards the beach.
"It has been a few days since I found out about Mephisto's spirit under the plane." Aina thought to herself. "Maybe now I can find out about Mephisto more.."
Aina walked towards the beach. "No headache. I guess I can control Mephisto pretty well now." Aina laughed. Suddenly, out of no where, an almost invisible chained dagger came straight towards Aina. She pulled out her chains to try and deflect it, but the dagger turned and wrapped around Aina's body tightly.
"Oh.. My dear Aina. You are so beautiful, yet so stupid." A boy a bit taller than Aina, white hair, pale skin, cold icy blue eyes and half invisible came out under the plane, "Did you really think I'm that weak?..."
"A-ah M-mephisto?..." The chains wrapped around Aina tightened and Mephisto walked closer to her.
"My body..." Mephisto touched Aina's left eye with the scar on it, "I wonder if it will hurt if I took over you." Mephisto laughed.
"D-don't joke about that." Aina was really nervous and scared.
"Are you scared, my darling?" Mephisto smiled looking into Aina's eyes. "Are my eyes terrifying?... It's from all those years. You, the last of the Azuku family... If I killed you.. Who are you going to seal me inside? Hah!" Mephisto laughed.
"What are you talking about?..." Aina was shivering.
"You're past. You're ancestors. This island's past. Your cute Aira-nee-chan will tell you." Mephisto gave Aina an evil smile.
"Aira... is. My sister?..." Aina was confused and scared.
"No need to resist any more. Become one with me." Mephisto's body started merging with Aina's, "Haha!! This power... My real power is coming back!!.. I'll play with your friends a little. I heard they are strong."
"N-no.. Please don't-" Mephisto completely merged with Aina. The scar on Aina's left eye started to change to ancient writings. Aina fell down.

Kuro and V were the first ones coming back.
"Here are the firewood that you wanted." Kuro threw his pile of firewood next to V's, "My job is done, I don't need to see the burning, so I'll go out for a walk."
"Alright. Throne, let's heat this up." V took a few steps back. Throne opened his mouth towards the firewood and out came a huge flaming breath.
"Thanks V, hopefully the others will be back soon." Dan smiled.
"No problem. Is Shin a bit better now?" V sat down beside Shin's body.
"A bit... But the others need to hurry. I'm not sure how long he can last." Dan looked at Shin.
Slowly Shin opened his eyes.
"Wha- Shin, are you alright?" Dan noticed Shin's awakening.
"Shin, what happened?" V moved closer to Shin's face.
"Ah. Damn that woman. She gave us all some sort of medicine in the food so we will all sleep... I was half awake while she stabbed me. Then everything went blurry." Shin held his wound. "Damn.. It's still bleeding." Shin started to stand up.
"H-hey, you shouldn't do that yet. You're wound hasn't healed completely." V was holding onto Shin.
"That doesn't matter. We have some company." Shin looked out the cave with a serious face. Others looked outside too.
"Aina! You're back!" V ran up to Aina. Aina lifted her hand a little bit and suddenly chained daggers came out of no where and tightened around V's body.
"A-aina, what's going on?" V struggled. Shin took out his guns, making a pained face. Dan also took out his sword.
"That person is not Aina..." Shin warned Dan and V. Aina looked up at Shin.
"You are quite right, little boy." Aina smiled. Her left eye with the ancient writings was Mephisto's eye: Cold, icy blue. Her right eye was her own, but looked possessed. The left part of her bangs and parts of her hair were Mephisto's hair: White. Aina looked pale. With another wave of her hand, chained daggers flowed around Dan and tightened.
"Y-you... Who are you?" Dan tried to swing his sword.
"The name's Mephisto." A cold voice came out of Aina's mouth, "You wouldn't mind if I killed this young lady here would you?" Aina waved her hand again and a dagger flew right up to V's neck.
"Don't you dare." Shin fired his pistols at the blade avoiding V's neck. However, his wound brought him down to his knees.
"Oh dear, you're hurt." Aina gasped sarcastically, "Little girl, why don't I send you to the same place this boy is going too?" Aina pointed her finger at V and one of her fastest daggers was launched straight towards her heart.
"N-no V!" Shin yelled desperately and ran towards her, barely made it. He covered her. The dagger was pierced in Shin's chest.
"Oh my, do we have a hero here?" Aina giggled, "This is no fun any more. I wanted to kill the girl." Aina pulled back her chains and daggers.
"Shin... Shin are you okay?" V looked at Shin's eyes.
"S-sorry." Shin fell towards V's lips, wanting to just kiss her once, but he completely lost his strength and fell onto her shoulder.... Lifelessly.
"N-no.. Shin" Dan dropped his sword.
"Hey.. Shin? This isn't the time to be sleeping..." Tears rolled down V's cheeks as she desperately shook Shin's lifeless body, "Hey! Sh-" V broke into tears.

"Got ur buckets lox?" Kusa called over. "yea! lets go and get back quik so i can seee ma yuri!!!!!!" Lox said happily. Ignoring what he just said, Kusa started walking.

"Did u find a rock yet?" Kara asked still keeping the nice girl act. "No" Yuri didnt even look at kara. "Im going to check back to see how my Shinii is doing" Kara said. Shinii?.. only i can make the cute nicknames here..., Yuri thought.

"Oh, who do we have here? more freinds? this will be enjoyable after all." Mephisto said. "Aina! is that you my cute little cupecake!" lox ran to hug her. Mephisto just stood there and backhanded him, sending him crashing into the side of the cave unconsious. "Lox!" Kusa yelled. "Somethings wrong with Aina kusa, she killed shin!" Dan shouted. "ugh... please refer to me as Mephisto, my actual name.." Mephisto said.

"Whoever u are, i cant just let u go off killing shin. even if u look like Aina." Kusa put his gloves on. "Heh, finnaly, some water.." Kusa threw the buckets in the air. His gloves started glowing with dark blue ancient symbols. Immediately the water shot from all 4 buckets at Mephisto. Mephisto side stepped to dodge. "Thats it? ive had water guns that have done more." Mephisto taunted. "Oh really?" Kusa said. The water that missed mephisto glowed bright blue and started growing makeing a huge sphere of water in the sky. Kusa brought his hands together and started doing hand signs. The sphere of water crashed down towards mephisto. "hmph" a chained dagger shot up from the ground and mephisto grabbed on, lifting himself towards the cave ceiling.

"This might be fun after all.." Mephisto said. A chained dagger appeared behind kusa and lunged forward. Kara quikly jumped and knocked it down with her katana. "So from what ive heard, this isnt aina correct." Kara said, with a noticably different tone of voice. "Ye, just back me up. Handeling this much water, i cant go mele. and thanks." Kusa said.

Mephisto jumped down from the ceiling. "All these new guests are annoying me.. i thought this fight would be more private." Mephisto complained. Kara sprinted forward sliced at Mephsito. With a wave of his hand a chain blocked it. Kara started slashing furiously at mephsito, while he continuously blocked with his chains. Finnaly, the chain broke. Mephisto jumped back. "dammit, they already broke the first chain." 1 rune letter on mephsito/Ainas left eye disapeared. 6 more remained. "So you can control unlimited chains, but if u use one too long it breaks and ur one step shorter to .. what?" Dan asked gripping his sword.

"Answering is irrevalent since it wont happen." Mephisto glared at Dan. Kara and dan ran towards mephisto and slashed. Mephisto entangled their sword and katana in chains. "You two are such pests." Chain daggers surrounded both of them, closeing in fast. Kusas water sphere split up and took each of them out. "Two'? Forgot about me? i wont let u guys have all the fun. Get him into the sphere i have a plan." Kusa grinned.

The water regrouped as a gigantic sphere above Mephisto. Kara slid her katana from under the chains grasp and slashed, just barely connecting with Mephistos cheek. Mephisto threw a dagger down and kara blocked it. Dan followed up and bashed Mephisto up into the sphere with his sword. "Perfect, thanks guys. Now those chains will be useless in water." Kusa said, diving into the sphere. Mephisto swam around trying to find an escape, but no one is faster then kusa in the water. Kusa swam up and kicked Mephisto in the chest. Mephisto coughed and tried to shoot a chain dagger, but all it did was sink down and then fall out the sphere. Kusa did some hand signs and the water started makeing an inward current towards Mephisto. Mephisto tried to struggle and eventually fainted and fell out the sphere.

Kusa catched mephisto and watched as the white part in Ainas hair disapeared. "Knew it, all we had to do was knock him out to get her back. If we tried to kill her Ainas body wouldnt survive. The slash mark is still there on her cheek." Kusa said. Everyone gathered around Aina, except V who stayed with shin, crying

Meanwhile at Anatsure and the antelope
"Sigh this is getting old now. Alright Nue bring it on. But go easy on me you know I'm kind of tired"
The Nue looks at Anatsure and laughs.
"Fine then have it your way" she looks back and says to the antelope "I don't think this is gonna end well. THANKS ALOT GREAT IDEA YOU HAD, YOU KNOW THEY TRIED TO WARN US THAT THIS WOULD HAPPEN... HEY WAKE UP! Oh well there is no point complaining n" the Nue swung its paw at Anatsure and sent her flying across the field. It then started to approach the antelope who was still sleeping. Anatsure was injured by the blow and found it hard to walk. She looked up and say the Nue approaching the antelope."Hey wake up!... That thing is comming for you!... Really? Really? You're just gonna sit there sleeping at a time like this. That's just like you" Anatsure picked up her fifth sword and threw it with all her might to the Nue. The sword pierced it's neck and it vanished in a black cloud. Anatsure collapsed on the ground and layed there looking at the stars. "The sky is pretty... Look at the stars... C'mon I know you're awake... Whatever suit yourself. I'm just gonna rest for a little while..." Anatsure closed her eyes and layer there for a while thinking about how she let herself get hit too many times in that fight.

*zip snap snap whoosh snap* Anatsure heared something coming from a distance. *woosh* Anatsure noticed that the object was getting closer to her she quickly held up on of her swords over her forehead. Something collided with it and sent it flying. Anatsure had never felt such a force before. Something or someone was attacking her from far away.

What am I doing? Words are easy to say— a mere formality— they help you pretend you're doing something. Sophora looked at me with intent. My halfhearted sympathy only turns into a blade. Save your breath. Her bright blue eyes seemed to talk to me.

What was I supposed to do? I don't know how to cheer her up. It's not like I can stay by her side like Sophora. Sophora knew how to look at things in a bright way. I couldn't say the same for V. I assumed she'd never had someone die in her life or had a near-death experience like me.

Death... you really know when to pick the right timing to strike, don't you? It's funny how some are afraid of death, and yet some yearn for it.

"The dead are never dead to us until we've forgotten them," I tried to comfort her, "The life of the dead is placed in the memory of the living."

... What am I doing? How do I explain death to her when it's just happened? Happened to someone you dearly loved? I know not of what had happened. A betrayal? Or... manipulation. That freaking Kara girl was pissing me off to no end. Something about her just ticks me off. I looked at Sophora. She merely gave me a slight grin. The meaning of birth. Death. There wasn't any right answer. All I hope is that she finds her own meaning, before she yearns for death.

The jerk's benevolent grey eyes met with mine. His eyes were sooo pretty. I was envious of them. I knew what he was thinking; he was practically useless at cheering up females. I knew I wouldn't be much help either, but hey, it's just trying to cheer someone up. What's wrong with just that? It won't a hurt a soul, right?

"Hey... V? Let me just tell you something... I'll just say it all to you. Just keep it in your heart. It may not mean much to you, but hell, I'm just gonna tell this story to you," I chirped, even after somebody died.

Heh. Weird. Feeling happy after a death. Perhaps it's that nostalgic feeling of meeting death again.

"The river of time marches ever onward, erasing the works of man. In the end, it matters not who you are: all things are lost into the endless sands of time. And so, as the end approaches, we are confronted with the truth of our own mortality. Upon such a revelation, we feel fear...fear of the oblivion that awaits us. The jerk looked at me as if I dropped a bombshell. He shrugged and walked away. Seeing that V didn't really show signs of... um... I don't know... uh... cheering up? I left her alone. Because I guess that's all she wanted right now.

I walked until I notice I gone a little too far from the cave. What do I care? Stupid Kara framing me...what will the others say? Will they blame me? I sat down on a log and cover my fave with my hands. Oh god they probably think I stabbed Shin, is he even alive? And Kara is probably telling them fake stories like how I used to sell my body on the streets.
Oh gosh I can't handle it anymore, I'm going back. Wait that's so stupid if they blame me then I'll get in trouble, maybe even killed. I hear something rustling in the bushes and I grab my knife. But the problem was...it wasn't there. Crap! I left it in the cave! It was a little too late to run, I saw a wisp of black as an injured Nue appears in front of me. It seems to have a cut on it's neck but that didn't stop it from attacking me. It ran into me clawing at my stomach. I saw blood flying everywhere, finally I managed to still be alive. I saw the Nue was done with me and vanished. I never fought back until it was too late, I don't think it hurt me much. I slowly touched my stomach, and I felt the cuts slowly closing up. Wait what? The cuts shouldn't be healing, I should be dying of blood loss. Was it something I ate that gave me powers or something? Or maybe it was the fruit... I didn't know what to say about it. But I managed to whisper a thank you knowing no one but me would hear it. I lay there staring at the sky, and I wonder what the group is up too. Maybe...what Dan is up too. I wonder if he likes me... who am I kidding, no one seems to like me. And after what happened I wonder what he if he will even like me as a friend. I then realized that I haven't slept yet and I feel the effect of it on me. I fight to open my eyes but that didn't stop it.

I start to drift to my dreams before I know it, I'm face to face to the most horrible people ever, more horrible than Kara.
My parents.
They look down on me as if I'm trash. Wait that's exactly what they thought of me.
My father slaps me across the face, "What a disgrace, We don't need a messed up child like you!" He yells.
My mother doesn't even look at me, she's to busy calling Kara the perfect child.
Two hands grab me by the shoulder and drag me away. And I can hear my parent celebrating and Kara laughing while I'm being carried away.
I get thrown into a pot, yes a giant cooking pot. Cold water is being poured into it. There is a big metal ladle stirring around carrying me with it. I look up to see Kara herself being the one stirring the ladle laughing away. I start to cry but that just makes the water rise even more, before I know it I'm drowned in my own tears.
The bottom of pot starts to drain and I'm pulled along.
I then stand up to face everyone.
Yuri, Anatsure, V, Kuro, Lox, Aina, Kusanagi, Sophora, Dan, Kara and even Shin gathered around me.
Kara stabs Shin and he collapse to the ground. But nobody notices Kara, instead they yell at me and start punching me.
I muffled the screams, until I can't hold it in anymore.
I scream for me to wake up. I fail, I scream again, nothing. If only someone outside can save me from this nightmare...

Everything was coming at V so fast after the death of Shin. She felt woozy and out of control which wasn't a good thing for her in many cases. V eventually cried herself to sleep as the rest of them were adjusting themselves to the situation. It wasn't long before they heard rumbling noises. It was as if there was a powerful force heading their way. "What could it be?" they said in harmony.

V began squinting her eyes as she slowly awaken. Everything becoming reality to her. Not a moment later did Kusa appear. "You guys heard that?" he questioned. They discussed the possibilities of what it could be. V got up on her feet and began walking toward the noise. "W-what is your problem V?" asked Yuri. "You're not ready for any large monstrous confrontations" she continued. "Someone's gotten find out what it is.... Seeing as how all of you are just about worn out from Mephisto, I'd say I make the perfect candidate." V stated. "Yeah, but you're not going alone" everyone replied. "Then I guess we better get moving" said Kuro as he smiled at V. Kuro seemed to be at terms with V and more understanding after witnessing her pain. "It wasn't like her to confront danger" he thought. Regardless, he couldn't let her go. "It isn't like V to lead the front of the group. Is she changing due to Shin's death?" Kuro wondered. He had always planned to protect these people with his life, but he never truly knew the meaning of his words until the past few days on the island.

"Woah! That wasn't there awhile ago." Lox yelled. "Yeah, tell me about it." the others replied. "It's like a castle...." said Kusa. They began walking, but Kuro quickly thought about the situation at hand. "Wait..... We won't go to it just yet.... Kimmi isn't with us and their are probably other survivors so we should stay back at the initial regrouping spot. "I don't think so" said V. "I don't know about you guys, but I'm going to see what it is." she said, disobeying Kuro's orders. "Then we're coming with you" Kuro replied. "N-no, I'm going to check it out myself" V confidently said. "What?!? That is madness" stated Yuri. "I said go back! I'll go alone." V yelled as she glared back at the group. Kuro seen the look on her face and he knew what it meant. It was the eyes of someone who was angered, enraged, and wanted revenge. Kuro signaled them to go back. "You guys go back, but I'm not letting you go alone V, regardless of what you say." Kuro said.

The others went back as Kuro and V began journeying on to this figure of a castle or what used to be one.

Sophora
I'm not surprised by the jerk's decision to stand by V. After all... she'd gone through a lot in this entire freaking day. I'd laugh if life had nothing else to give her. Life was sooo, so generous. I just pray that he, and V, stay safe. The castle seemed to give a... what does that jerk call it? Hints of death? Sigh. I can't trust him with his own life. In the end, I still gotta be there for him to kick the mobs' asses.

And what's concerning right now is... Kimmi. She's sleeping like a damn log! In a place like this! I'm just afraid if she'll... die in her sleep. Just like... sigh, this isn't the right time to be thinking of the past. I should look to the future. Changing the future changes the past. I'll always believe in it.

More importantly, I fear for the emotional state of the group. Seeing someone just die like that so easily. I don't believe it was Kimmi's fault. It must be Kara, for my tingling senses go haywire around her. I JUST DIDN'T LIKE HER. I feel like punting her in the face or dealing the bonecrushing ULTIMATE LOW KICK to her. Eh, well, if I did do the ULTIMATE LOW KICK on her, she'd drop dead in a second. I can't jump to conclusions yet. I'll just keep my guard up for now. Jerkuro... what would you do? Put your trust in your instincts or in someone you don't even know? What is her motive? Does she have an alibi? Oh gosh, all this shit is turning into Channel 8 dramas now. I'd be guessing the state of the group is a towering emotional skyscraper right now, just WANTING to fall. We'd all drop dead if that happens, a la 9/11. The more I need to depend on Kuro. No, I don't really need him. I'll believe in what he does. It's all for the better good. That's the only way I could put it.

There's always hope. Hope for a better future, for halcyon days to come. I still needed Kuro by my side. Or did I...?

Oh, no. You don't need him. How many years are you going to lean against him? He won't be there forever. I can't abandon the group. Not now, when everything is crumbling apart. I can do this.

I've gotten away from the cave for a while, So i can think bout something, bout something i cant get out my mind, "...Why, Kimmi?.......Why" I whispered, trying to get this out my mind but it was heavy.

While i was deep in mind bout this, I realized that I wasnt looking where i was going and Accidentally Knocked into a tree. The tree felt like a brick wall, how it was able to push me back onto the ground, "The Hell......." I studdered, Wondering how a tree pushed me back, I looked at the tree, "hmmmm, look like a normal tree to me......wait", From when i was looking at the tree, I saw something.......It was carvings and in a strange language i couldnt understand, It was like the words was scrambled, I stared at it closer and what i saw surprised me, The words started to unscramble before my eyes, "........Whoa......". So I started to read the words which said "Beyond This point, Find Hints like This and Find out The Truth Behind This Island", ".......Hmmmm, That's something...A puzzle" What I readed was something That will help me on figuring out this Island but i had to find the hints first, "Aight......Even thou I hate puzzles ~Confuses my brain~, This one imma gonna find out" I smirk, destined to find the Truth bout this Island Then I heard a rustle in a random bush, I prepared for anything that came at me cuz I remembered "This time" that i didnt bring my sword with me

As i prepared for anything, What Came the bush was a friend that i didnt know much bout, "Well Well, Long time, no see Friend" I greeted him with a smile, "Yea.....Back at ya" He smiled back, "So Wat ya been up to?" I questioned him, "........We need to talk" He said seriously, ignoring wat I said, "Annndddd bout?" I studder, A little irritated that he got all serious pant on me, "......About that new survivor or should i say Witch", "Wait....u mean Kara?" I spoke back, kinda curious bout the witch part, "Yes Her, Dont trust her" He told me, ".....And.....why not" It was strange why my friend tells me not to trust....a SURVIVOR, "........Cuz She's Pure Evil behind a so called Innocent Act", "And do u mean by that" I maybe a straight-forward guy but there are somethings that i need more info on, ".......Becuz She's the one who stabbed Shin and framed Kimmi on it" He said, Being serious on it, What i Heard was Shocking, I couldnt believe wat i was hearing, "......H-H-How to u know that?!" I Spat at him with a Shocking Face, "Becuz i been watching" I explained straightly, "........Do....you have prove?" Couldnt believe that i was defending Kara on this and Like i said, Need more info on things.

He started to walk closer to me to the point he was in front of my, He put his palm on my head, "Just close your eyes and think about this and I'll show u what really happened" He told me then i did wat he said. I rafted back to the incident with Kara,Shin and Kimmi but wat was really strange, I couldnt remember that incident, like something was blocking it then a memory bout the same incident replaced it but farther back from what i saw. What Really happened is that Kara Stabbed Shin, Kimmi Saw what she did and from that, from a different angle, I walked in and saw Kara with Kimmi yelling at her and Shin With Kimmi's knive in His shoulder. From seeing the Truth, i gasped then the memory stopped and vanished then I came back to reality, ".......So....That's What really Happened?!" I questioned him, Very Shocked by this, "Yes, That's what really happened" He answered my question blankly. My Friend Started to walk off, leaving me with the Truth Behind that incident with me to think bout, "......And if your wondering about the hints about this Island, Take some time before looking for them" He said then continued to walk off, ".......But Wait........How was I able to even read the first hint?!"
